Rushabh spent the better part of a decade inside the machine before advising on it — running HR shared services and SuccessFactors rollouts at Cipla, partnering with US leadership to design the GCC org at GapTech (Gap Inc.), and leading the full employee lifecycle for 600+ people at Schindler India. That's where our conviction was formed: HR earns its seat when its work shows up on the P&L.

He founded Talent Edge Consulting in February 2024 on a simple bet — that the next generation of HR would be built, not bought. We sit deliberately between Big 4 pricing and freelance work: boutique depth, hands-on delivery, and a founder who still writes the prompts, builds the agents and runs the workshops himself.

Today that means designing agentic HR operating models on Microsoft Copilot Studio and Google Agent Studio, automating performance cycles end-to-end, and upskilling entire HR and business teams on AI — across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, India and the Netherlands. Every engagement is designed around capability transfer: playbooks, train-the-trainer, and governance that keep working after we've left the room.

The coaching thread runs through all of it. Rushabh is an ICF-PCC certified coach, and we hold a simple view — work ships through people. Systems change fastest when the managers running them grow alongside them.
